From the early stages of your degree, you can apply for a range of international programs through CSU Global. You could take a session or two on exchange at one of CSU’s partner institutions across the world, go on a study tour during the holidays, or complete some of your practical placements in an unique location.
Credit transfer and exemption may be offered through recognition of prior learning to eligible applicants, at the discretion of the Program Director. If you have completed appropriate postgraduate management courses at recognised institutions, you may apply for a credit transfer.

This module aims to introduce students to the core concepts and models underlying contemporary strategic management, their theoretical and empirical foundations, their limitations, the arguments surrounding them and their practical application to real issues facing real companies. This module provides students with an understanding of the conceptual and analytical tools of strategic management and economics.

This module aims to provide students with an opportunity to define and execute an independent piece of research in international human resource management on an approved topic of their choice. Under the guidance of a supervisor, the module also aims to develop student&rsquo s ability to research, problem-solve, learn independently and make effective use of their time and the resources available.

The final subject in the specialisation examines human resource development from a cross-border perspective and identifies the changing role of the human resource development professional. It considers the effect on the workplace of globalisation and culture, and highlights the strategic importance of human resource strategies and practices in the competitive global business environment.

Indigenous students can access the Indigenous Academic Success Program (IASP). This free program is available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students enrolled at CSU. It gives you one-on-one access to tutors to help you with your assessments and prepare you for exams.
